Master of Industrial Relations

The Master of Industrial Relations degree offers advanced training in analysis and strategic management, applying an integrated approach to industrial relations.

It is intended to train professionals with the skills to take on strategic responsibilities in organizations, likely to quickly move into senior management and executive positions.

The master's degree also opens the door to a PhD in industrial relations, and to research and teaching at the college level.

Students who hold an undergraduate degree in a discipline other than industrial relations must take preparatory courses before enrolling in the master's program.
